Position Summary
As an Account Executive (AE) specializing in home infusion services, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the market by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other key stakeholders. Your role will focus on promoting and selling acute infusion therapies, ensuring patients receive high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.
Position Responsibilities
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of infusion therapies and the healthcare market.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Degree Preferred
2-4 years of sales experience healthcare preferred.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods while performing job duties.
Frequent and consistent use of a telephone is required, including handling inbound and outbound calls for prolonged periods throughout the workday.
Ability to use a headset and other telecommunication equipment for extended durations.
Manual dexterity required for dialing, typing, and note-taking during calls.
Field-based position requiring regular travel to client sites, healthcare facilities, and company meetings.
May involve occasional evening or weekend work to attend industry events or meet client needs.

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the care segment.
- The AE will call on hospital case managers, discharge planners, as well as additional designated referral sources, specialty clinics within their territory.
- Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, physician offices, and other healthcare facilities.
- Function as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction, including reimbursement, intake, clinical and local leadership.
- Market Analysis and Development: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions, product performance, and customer needs.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to promote company services and expand professional network.
- Product and Clinical Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of home infusion therapies, including indications, contraindications, and clinical benefits.
- Stay updated on industry developments, clinical guidelines, and new product offerings.
- Provide education and training to healthcare providers on the benefits and administration of home infusion therapies.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
