Join the Drug Plastics team at our Phoenix location as a Temporary Plant Office Administrator! This is an hourly, temporary position working Monday thru Friday. Under general supervision, the Plant Office Admin provides clerical and administrative support to the Plant Manager., is the local liaison with Human Resources and performs those Human Resource and Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) administrative functions required at the plant level. Additionally, the Plant Office Admin supports other plant supervisory personnel as required.

Some Responsibilities Include
- Maintain responsibility for general office and human resources administrative duties.
- Responsible for maintaining and entering production data into a computer system, processing change orders, generating reports, preparing orders, etc.
- Responsible for ordering office/janitorial supplies.
- Responsible for maintaining shipping and receiving receipts with accounts payable.
- May assist in or have responsibility for finished goods and raw material shipping functions such as arrangements for trucks, BOL creation, etc
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Greet and direct visitors/vendors and applicants to the facility.
- Serve as the liaison of the plant facility to the corporate human resources department.
- Proficient experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Must possess strong people skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 1-3 years of office administrative experience is a plus
- Prior experience in Human Resources is a definite plus.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
