What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Representative position at Drug Plastics and Glass Co. Inc.?
General tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Maintain contact with accounts through calls, emails, social media, outreach, video conferences, and face-to-face meetings.Expand and keep accurate information of key contacts within assigned accounts.Develop and execute Drug Plastics required monthly, and annualbusiness reviews.Proactively improve and expand communication channels with designated customersResponsible for coordinating quarterly sales reviews with designated customers and Drug Plastics leadershipOther related tasks as required.Business development tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Plan and execute strategies to close new item business at current accounts and new customer business using relevant prioritization criteria and objectives.Drive revenue growth through effective customer development, up-selling, and cross-selling initiatives.Build long-term, meaningful relationships across critical stakeholders at assigned accounts.Build and execute the required pipeline of Opportunities and Revenue Line Items.Expand current client relationships and identify areas for potential client growth in new items.Ensure that established Sales Growth Goals are met.Understand customer’s products and services, business position, and competitionEducation:Bachelor's (Required)Experience: Proven history of achievement and leading efforts toward completion of a planned outcome (Required)Business Development: 1-5 years (Preferred)1- 5 years of related experience (Preferred)Commitment to Sustainability: All plants 100% renewable/carbon-free sourced energy.Voluntarily disclose our environmental data through CDP’s platformReduced scope 1 and scope 2 emissions by over 90% since 2015.Committed to net-zero emissions by 2050.Drug Plastics & Glass Company Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
