Education: Associates Degree/High School Diploma (minimum)
Minimum Experience: 1 Year/customer service/helping profession
Preferred Experience: 2 Years/behavioral health or comparable setting
Bi-lingual/Spanish-English preferred
Job Overview:
The primary duties of this position involves receiving non-emergency requests for services in a substance abuse treatment and prevention agency; processing such requests; scheduling clients; assessment support activities designed to facilitate clients being assessed; reception/medical front and back office support; lab support services and general support services.
