About the Role
We are looking for qualified and responsible team members to provide excellent guest service in any position they serve in. We are a hospitality-driven concept that invests in people! Our team members must be able to interact with guests in a friendly manner and assist in any way possible to create the best experience, by delivering a quality product and a fun atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests when entering and leaving the premises
- Manage transactions using a cash register
- Accept payments and provide receipts
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, counters, tables, seating areas and restrooms
- Prepare workstations, cooking ingredients and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to resolve complaints with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Detail oriented
- Desire to learn and follow recipes and sanitation procedures
Physical Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends
- Ability to stand or walk for up to a 10-hour shift and lift 40 lbs.
- Willingness to bend, stoop and occasionally use a ladder
- Ability to use a point-of-sale system
