DRUCKER FALK
Conduct internal audits to assess accuracy of on-site accounting and financial records as well as compliance with Drucker Falk policies, procedures and governmental regulations. This position requires extensive travel and extended periods of time away from home as well as the ability to deal with frequent delays or unexpected events causing a sudden change in the work schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Monitor community activities for compliance with management plans and policies.
- Review records pertaining to staff and material assets.
- Analyze data obtained for evidence of deficiencies in financial management, compliance with governmental regulations, compliance with management policies or procedures and fraud.
- Prepare and submit audit findings and suggest recommendations to management.
- Conduct special studies for management including mismanagement and fraud.
- Extensive knowledge of Yardi Voyager, O & M policies, NAA and AANC leases, DF forms and day to day procedures.
- Understanding of accounting processes and reports.
- Writes clearly and informatively; varies writing style to meet needs.
- Ability to read and interpret written information.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
- Treats people with respect while adhering to the highest standards of compliance.
- Exhibits sound judgment.
- Trustworthy, maintains confidentiality, works with integrity, demonstrates the ability to operate without favoritism.

Education Skills and Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business related area; or two to four years related experience and/or training.
- Thorough knowledge of Drucker Falk policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of State laws pertaining to Property Management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Software.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education and/or Experience - Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
