This role combines engineering, customer engagement, technical problem-solving, and business strategy across Parts, Service, Technical Solutions, Equipment Upgrades, and Capital Equipment.

What You'll Do
- Develop a strong understanding of customer operations, manufacturing processes, and installed equipment
- Analyze equipment performance, service history, and operational needs to identify opportunities for improvement
- Recommend technical solutions including replacement parts, upgrades, training, maintenance programs, and capital equipment
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Service, and Commercial teams to develop customer-focused solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and value-driven recommendations
- Manage opportunities from initial discovery through implementation and follow-up
- Support strategic account growth through proactive customer engagement and lifecycle planning
- Utilize CRM and business systems to track opportunities and customer activity

Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Internship, co-op, or professional experience within manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, machinery, or engineering environments
- Experience with CRM, ERP, Power BI, or similar business systems
- Exposure to industrial machinery, capital equipment, aftermarket services, or technical support functions
