- Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs using Mastercam and/or Siemens NX CAM
- Support CNC Mills, Lathes, VTLs, and Multi-Axis Machining Centers
- Create machining strategies for complex aerospace components
- Determine tooling, fixturing, setup requirements, and manufacturing methods
- Generate setup sheets, operation instructions, and manufacturing documentation
- Conduct machine prove-outs and production launches
- Interpret engineering drawings, models, specifications, and GD&T requirements
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and production issues on the shop floor
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams
- Support first article inspections and process validations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost reduction, throughput, and efficiency
- Maintain revision-controlled CNC programs and manufacturing documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience
- 5 years of CNC Programming, Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Engineering experience
- Strong Mastercam programming experience
- Experience with Siemens NX CAM preferred
- Experience programming CNC Lathes, VTLs, Milling Centers, and Multi-Axis equipment
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and fixtures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in aerospace or other precision manufacturing environments preferred
