We are seeking a skilled and experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) who will oversee and guide Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in delivering business value through successful planning, coordination, and execution of program increments.
This role requires expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum Master practices, and project management to ensure alignment with business goals and seamless collaboration across teams.
5 years of experience in Agile project management, with at least 3 years as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Scrum Master.
Proven track record of delivering complex programs in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe experience preferred).
Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving large-scale digital transformation projects.
