This position serves as a key link between technology and end-users, assisting healthcare providers, public health staff, and other stakeholders in resolving system-related issues.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in data entry, customer service, and attention to detail to maintain clean, reliable health data. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to supporting public health systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers, public health agencies, and internal users regarding immunization records and system functionality.
- · Investigate and resolve duplicate patient records and incorrect merges in the immunization registry.
- · Utilize data tools and matching algorithms to identify and correct data integrity issues.
- · Document all support interactions in the ticketing system and maintain accurate logs.
- · Provide guidance to users on best practices for data entry and record management.
- · Assist in testing system updates and enhancements
