Responsibilities:
Certified Medical Assistant
In a small busy independent Primary Care office in Kingston, NY who value work/life balance
$22.00/hr
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vital signs, medical screenings, rooming patients
- EKGs, Ear flushing, Assist with procedures
- Reviewing medication requests and directing to appropriate providers
- Prior authorizations as needed
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of a High School diploma; Associates Degree preferred.
- At least one year relevant experience and/or training.
- EMR experience
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as accept direction.
- Able to work collectively with administration and staff.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
