Position: Dental Receptionist
Location: Greenville, NC
Schedule: Full-time
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a dental or medical office (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with dental software and insurance processes (a plus)
- Reliability, professionalism, and a welcoming personality
- Bilingual Candidates encouraged to apply
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients and create a warm, positive first impression
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phones and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance
- Accurately collect and record funds from patients, including processing of credit card payments, handling cash and checks
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
