Auto Body Repair Technician Structural & Nonstructural

DRP is a locally family owned autobody shop that has served Powhatan and the surrounding counties for the last 16 years. We operate a state of the art collision center using the newest tools and equipment, which are essential for safe and sound vehicle repairs.
We train our staff in-house, using I-Car Gold Class standards, ASE certifications, and OEM specifications. The training includes but is not limited to Blueprinting / Meticulous disassembly, mechanical, glass installation, structural and non-structural repairs, refinish, as well as alignments and ADAS (advance driver assist systems).

This is an A / B Technician role ONLY - we are hiring for candidates with prior Auto Body structural and non-structural experience only.
I-Car training for welding highly recommended.
Job History will need to outline prior body man experience.
Plastic Welding Experience also encouraged (can be trained up)
A valid Driver's license is mandatory.
Computer Skills Highly Recommended - Our non-structural technicians are required to learn and perform diagnostic work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
- Utilize hand and power tools for vehicle maintenance and restoration tasks.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to assess vehicle damage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair processes and updates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
