Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize CRM software such to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines efficiently.
- Conduct business-to-business (B2B) sales by negotiating terms, presenting product benefits, and closing deals that align with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that generate new leads and enhance outreach efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and offering technical sales support when needed.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions to ensure seamless communication and process continuity.
- Representing the entire group and the product portfolio
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base to increase turnover and market share
- Conducting negotiations, resolving issues and building alliances to create a broad, high-calibre network of loyal customers and partners
- Developing detailed, realistic and comprehensive plans that support the organisation’s objectives
- Preparing budget forecasts, analysing monthly variances and providing accurate reporting in sales meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is highly desirable.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Several years professional experience in the industrial sector is desirable
- Technical understanding enabling you to read technical drawings and use them to make well-founded assumptions for quotations
- Ability to systematically analyse business opportunities during the product development phase.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software or CRM platforms for managing customer data.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and business development strategies.
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience working with CRM tools and marketing initiatives to optimize outreach efforts.
