- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions
- Manage cash handling accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation and service areas
- Handle food handling procedures responsibly, including food safety protocols and food preparation tasks
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers quickly while maintaining high standards of service
Skills
- Previous barista or food service experience, especially in cafés or bubble tea shops
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
- Knowledge of food safety, food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Experience in coffee or beverage preparation is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail
