What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pet Bather position at Drooly Dogue Pet Grooming LLC?
Drooly Dogue Pet Grooming is looking to add to our incredible team. We are a family owned, drama free salon that emphasizes compassionate care and handling practices only. We offer a calm soothing atmosphere for our clients. We offer a mostly cage free environment. We have a stellar reputation and are currently booked out for well over a month. If you are looking for a compassion based drama free salon, then this is the place for you. Pay will be based on experience .*** MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR PROFESSIONAL BATHING EXPERIENCE!*****
Bathers duties are as follows:
Bathe dogs according to specific instructions. They must be spotless after their bath.
Perform basic grooming tasks such as blow drying, brushing, anal gland expression, nail clipping/ dremeling ear cleaning and teeth brushing
Bathers are responsible for maintaining an impeccably clean bathing room. This means the entire room must be cleaned thoroughly. This typically takes one person around an hour.
Bathers also need to be willing to clean up after pets as well. This means pee, poop, vomit diarrhea ect. It can be a messy job.
The hours would be 9:00-3:00pm Tuesday-Saturday

Maintain a clean safe work space.
Must be 18 or older
1 year PROFESSIONAL bathing experience is a must.
Must have a passion for the well being of animals. NO ROUGH HANDLING or any kind will be tolerated.
Must be able to work as a team
Must be willing and able to work with all breeds and sizes of dogs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
