Drona Investments LLC is seeking motivated Commercial Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team. This position supports sales, investor outreach, and client relations across our expanding portfolio of affordable multifamily housing developments valued at over $300 million.
As part of Drona Investments, you’ll gain direct exposure to both brokerage and development transactions, working alongside senior brokers and executives. Our firm follows a “build-to-sell” strategy, making the sales division a vital component of our overall business model.
This is a commission-only role.
We’re looking for driven individuals with excellent communication and sales skills who are eager to grow within the commercial real estate industry. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team actively transforming Los Angeles’ housing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support property sales, investor relations, and client management
- Participate in capital raising and deal marketing efforts
- Assist in underwriting and transaction coordination
