• New York City, NY (Onsite) – Max Rate: $65/hr C2C (All Inclusive)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project delivery, stakeholder management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and enterprise technology projects. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, technical understanding, and leadership skills to drive successful project execution from inception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, status reports, and executive-level communications.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate releases, deployment activities, and production support efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile best practices across teams.
• Monitor project KPIs, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven experience managing Agile software development teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience managing distributed and offshore teams.
• Exposure to Cloud Migration, Digital Transformation, and Microservices modernization initiatives.
