Job Title: Test Automation Developer
Job Location: Denver, CO [Onsite Work]
Duration: 12 Months
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automation Developer to build, maintain, and innovate on enterprise test automation frameworks while mentoring team members and driving quality through modern tools and AI-assisted development.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Implement new ideas and innovations to continuously improve automation efficiency and coverage
• Perform manual and automated testing including functional, regression, and end-to-end scenarios
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment
• Debug complex test and application failures with strong root cause analysis skills
• Lead, mentor, and guide automation team members on best practices and framework usage
• Drive Agile testing practices within sprint cycles including test planning and defect management
• Leverage AI-powered automation tools (Kiro, Amazon Q) to accelerate development workflows
• Utilize Amazon AWS services for cloud-based test infrastructure and execution
• Apply strong programming skills in C, C , Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript to develop robust automation solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality strategies
Minimum Qualifications
• 7 years of experience in software test automation and development
• 2 years of experience leading or mentoring automation teams
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
