Overview
Drodex is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to support the Office of Data, Analytics, and Information Advantage (ODAIA) within the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR).
ODAIA supports ASPR’s data-driven decision-making during preparedness, response, recovery, and administrative operations. Its mission is to develop, implement, and manage innovative tools and processes for collecting, visualizing, and analyzing data and information in a way that can be easily accessed, clearly understood, and seamlessly shared to provide situational awareness, analytics, and decision support to customers at all levels of government. ODAIA includes Operational Data and Analytics (ODA), Information Management (IM), Data and Artificial Intelligence Management (DDAIM), the Chief Data Officer (CDO), Chief Geospatial Information Officer (GIO), and the emPOWER Program.
The Senior Management Analyst will provide high-level program and project management support across ODAIA, advancing the organization’s strategic goals and ensuring effective coordination across all program offices. This role will lead efforts related to program oversight, coordination, and process improvements, ensuring that key initiatives are aligned with ODAIA’s strategic objectives and executed efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee key initiatives and projects across all programs and divisions within ODAIA
- Provide high-level oversight and guidance for program and project management activities
- Support program offices in developing and refining project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Provide strategic direction for the planning and execution of high-level meetings and conferences
- Oversee agendas, logistics information, and post-event reports
- Lead efforts to improve processes and workflows across ODAIA program offices
- Facilitate the sharing of lessons learned and support adoption of best practices
- Support strategic planning efforts through project and program performance insights
- Oversee documentation processes and ensure outputs are aligned with organizational objectives
- Demonstrate expertise in knowledge management practices within SharePoint and Teams
- Utilize Microsoft Teams effectively for communication, collaboration, and coordination across projects and tasks
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in IT administration, data analytics, or technical project coordination.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau Server, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 platform management.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration, documentation control, and workflow management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 Public Trust Clearance.
- Strong project and program management skills
- Proficient in strategic planning, process improvement, and workflow management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Expertise in knowledge management using SharePoint and Teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and superior time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and other data analysis and visualization tools
