Job Summary:

The Beverage Specialist is responsible for representing and promoting the portfolio of Drmz Brands hemp derived beverages through engaging and educational tasting events. Our portfolio is highlighted by Brio, our exclusive premium seltzers. This role involves interacting with customers, educating them about the brand's products, and driving brand awareness and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Tastings:
  • Conduct tastings at various events, retail locations, bars, and restaurants.
  • Provide engaging and informative presentations about the brand’s products, including their unique qualities, benefits and flavor profiles.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and industry professionals.
  • Answer questions and provide expert knowledge about the brands and its products.
  • Event Planning and Execution:
  • Organize and execute tasting events, including setting up, managing the tasting process, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Brand Representation:
  • Act as the face of the brand, embodying its values and image in all interactions.
  • Wear branded attire and use branded materials to maintain a consistent brand image.
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist in generating leads and increasing sales by promoting the brand's products during tastings.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Reporting and Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of events, customer interactions, and feedback.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on activities, outcomes, and potential opportunities.
  • Training and Development:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and tasting techniques.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance expertise and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Experience in the liquor or beverage industry is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Personality: Outgoing, enthusiastic, and passionate about the brand and its products.
  • Requirements: Must be 21

Working Conditions:

  • Environment: Primarily work in various locations including events, retail stores, bars, and restaurants.
  • Physical Demands: May involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of promotional materials.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
