We are seeking a licensed and experienced Driving Instructor to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role is strictly for instructors who already have professional behind‑the‑wheel teaching experience.
In this position, you will deliver comprehensive driving lessons that combine practical driving skills with essential safety knowledge. Your supportive and energetic approach will help students build confidence, develop responsible driving habits, and prepare for licensing exams.
Responsibilities:
- Instruct students on essential driving techniques, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Provide engaging and informative lessons tailored to both new and experienced drivers.
- Demonstrate proper driving procedures, techniques, and maneuvers to enhance students' abilities.
- Develop individualized lesson plans based on each student's unique needs and skill level.

Qualifications
- Valid California Driving Instructor License (required)
- Proven experience as a licensed driving instructor (required)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 2 years.
- Previous experience as a driving instructor or relevant teaching experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping others succeed.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and promoting responsible driving practices.
