In short, a Quality Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring and reviewing operational procedures daily.Quality Control objectives are to review and measure the adherence of business and compliance processes and procedures performed by different business units within operations such as bankruptcy, titles, and remarketing. While auditing, the specialist would also identify trends and provide detailed feedback to the business.

- High School or GED required.
- Excellent oral, written communication and listening skills required.

- Knowledge of auto finance preferred.
- Proficiency in excel preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 7am-4pm. This team works out of our Operations Center in East Mesa.
