As a landscaper, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the outdoor experience for thousands of daily visitors—whether it’s maintaining lush green spaces, planting seasonal displays, or ensuring walkways are safe and welcoming.  Pay Range: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour

Job Description:

• Grounds Maintenance: Mowing, weeding, planting, trimming, and general outdoor upkeep

• Snow Removal: Plowing and clearing during winter months using trucks and front-end loaders

• Landscape Care: Mulching, fertilizing, and seasonal clean-up

• Equipment Operation: Use of small to medium-duty trucks, plows, and push-blade loaders

• Property Cleanliness: Ensuring walkways, lawns, and common areas are neat and safe

Requirements:

• Landscaping and maintenance experience, snow plowing included

• Strong listening and verbal communication skills

• Valid NY State Driver’s License 

• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions

• Experience with landscaping tools and machinery

• Capable of outdoor labor in various weather conditions
