Job Description:
Drivers 1st is hiring CDL A flatbed drivers for a dedicated regional route based out of Fremont, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers looking for weekly home time, consistent miles, and dependable freight. - Pay & Benefits:
- $1,725 – $1,825 per week average
- $78,000 – $95,000 per year average pay
- $500 sign-on bonus (paid in full on 2nd paycheck)
- 75 CPM plus $18 per hour for applicable activities
- 5-6 day work week with consistent scheduling

- Home Time & Routes:
- Home weekly
- 34-hour reset over weekends (typically Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon)
- Solo driver – dedicated flatbed account
- 1–4 routes per week
- 1–4 layovers per week
- Average 2,175 weekly miles
- No touch freight, live load/unload, drop and hook, or backhaul
- Minimum Requirements:
- Class A CDL required
- Minimum 12 months recent OTR tractor-trailer experience
