Owner Operators with Sprinter Vans
DriverReady connects Van carriers to consistent, high-volume delivery contracts with major retailers and logistics partners such as Lowe’s, Home Depot, Peloton, IKEA, Macy’s, and regional pharmacy networks.
We support fleet growth by providing consistent, year-round delivery contracts to keep vans on the road, along with staffing and operational support from qualified drivers and helpers to maintain efficient operations.
We currently have active and upcoming contracts across the following regions:
Northeast
NJ, PA, NY, MA, CT, RI
Southeast
FL, GA, AL, NC, SC, TN, MS, LA
Midwest
IL, OH, MI, IN, WI, MO, IA, MN, KS, NE
South / Central
TX, OK, AR, KY
West
CA, AZ, CO, WA, OR, UT, NV

Salary: $1,400 - $2,800 per week
Requirements:
- Sprinter Or Cargo Van
- Commercial insurance, a driver’s license, and a driving record are required
- A background check, a drug test, and an MVR check are required
- Safety standards and DOT regulations must be followed
- Drivers and helpers are required (If you do not have either, they can be provided to you)
- Experience with furniture delivery and customer service
- Monday through Saturday, the truck must be operational
- Lift 50 pounds with ease
- Installation tools
