Pay and Earnings

• $65,000 first-year earnings (based on miles and performance)
• Starting pay: $0.42 per mile
• $0.02 CPM raise every 90 days (first year)
• Monthly safety bonus:
  • 9,800–10,499 miles: $0.03 CPM
  • 10,500–12,499 miles: $0.05 CPM
  • 12,500 miles: $0.07 CPM
• Paid loaded and empty miles
• Layover pay paid tolls and scales

Home Time and Routes

• OTR truck driver – Super Regional routes
• Run east of I-35 (no Northeast extremes)
• Out 10–14 days, home 2 full days
• Consistent freight = steady miles

CDL Training (No Experience Needed)

• No CDL? No problem — CDL training provided
• Local CDL training before going OTR
• Orientation:
  • 3 days in Richland, MS
  • $320 paid travel, hotel, meals covered
• OTR training:
  • 175 hours with a trainer
  • $90/day paid training
• Hands-on experience to prepare you for a long-term OTR truck driver career
