Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Decatur, AL, for the position of Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will assist customers in identifying and purchasing pre-owned vehicles that best meet their needs, provide product knowledge, guide customers through their purchasing journey, and meet sales performance goals. Additionally, the role involves fostering relationships with customers, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and collaborating with teammates to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Sales or retail experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus
