Ready to take your wrench skills to the next level? We're looking for a skilled Diesel Technician to join our fast-paced team in Phoenix. You’ll be the go-to expert keeping our executive vehicles, shuttles, and buses in top condition—ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction every mile of the way.
This isn’t just about turning bolts. You’ll work hands-on with some serious machinery—from Executive, Charter, Coach, Mini, Sprinter, and Sedans to Cummins ISL engines and Allison B400R transmissions. Every day brings something new, and you’ll be a key part of our contract with municipal partners across Arizona, Utah, and Wyoming.

What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs on shuttles and heavy-duty buses.
- Replace/repair key systems—injectors, emissions, turbos, HVAC, and more.
- Use advanced diagnostic software and tools to keep vehicles compliant and road-ready.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections to FMCSA/UDOT/UTA standards.
- Interpret work orders, technical manuals, and test your own repairs to ensure top performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all OSHA & company safety protocols.
- Travel locally if needed and occasionally support off-site work.
You Bring:
- Hands-on diesel experience (2 years strongly preferred).
- Strong background in diesel diagnostics, emissions, injectors, and heavy diesel repair.
- Must be 609 Certified and Class B CDL w/ Air Brake & Passenger Endorsements (or willing to obtain).
- Proven knowledge of municipal transit buses and shuttles.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in awkward positions.
- Proficient with hand tools and diagnostic equipment (bring your own toolbox).
- Computer savvy and comfortable learning new tech.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Clean driving record and at least 23 years old for vehicle insurance requirements.
