Driver Provider is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to lead our Tucson operations and serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts. This role bridges hospitality, logistics, new sales, and client relationship management, with oversight of day-to-day service delivery, asset utilization, and customer satisfaction in the Tucson market.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Account Management & Service Excellence
- Serve as the primary liaison for key Tucson Driver Provider clients, responsible for market growth—building, maintaining, and growing relationships.
- Conduct regular account visits to assess satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure all service touchpoints align with Driver Provider’s high standards for professionalism and excellence.
- Respond quickly and effectively to client feedback and service disruptions to maintain the reputation of Driver Provider.
Business Development Support
- Identify new sales opportunities to support Driver Provider’s business growth and client retention strategies.
- Represent Driver Provider at local networking events and client meetings.
- Provide feedback on market trends and service opportunities to inform strategic planning with the larger Driver Provider team.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–4 years in client-facing roles with account management, hospitality, hotel, or transportation experience.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
- Proven background in sales, guest services, or premium service delivery strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be willing to obtain a Commercial Driver License (CDL) at Driver Provider’s expense.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening per Driver Provider standards.

Schedule & Work Environment:
- Frequent local travel required for client meetings and on-site operational support across Driver Provider’s Tucson network.
- Office work may include sitting for extended periods, computer use, and administrative tasks.
- Fieldwork may include being outdoors in varying weather, entering/exiting vehicles, and lifting equipment or luggage up to 50 lbs.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be at least 23 years old (insurance requirement).
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to travel between Tucson and Driver Provider’s Phoenix hub when needed.
