Driver Contractors, Inc. is a well‑established asphalt and site‑work contractor performing residential, commercial, and government projects. We are seeking experienced Asphalt Laborers and experienced Rakers/General Laborers who take pride in quality work, reliability, and professionalism.

Positions Available

• Experienced Asphalt Laborer
• Experienced Raker / General Laborer

Compensation

• Starting at $17.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
• Overtime opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Perform asphalt labor and raking duties on active job sites
• Support paving and site‑work operations
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient work areas
• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors

Requirements

• Must have experience in asphalt labor and/or raking
• Must pass a Federal Background Check
• Felony convictions within the past 15 years are disqualifying
• Must pass a drug test
• Reliable transportation to and from the office
• Transportation to job sites is provided
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and consistent attendance
