We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while driving sales. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members will be essential in creating a positive customer car buying experience.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with vehicle selection and provide detailed information about features and benefits of vehicles.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and payment processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Utilize computerized systems to manage customer accounts and track sales activities.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while handling customer calls professionally.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong client services skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; Fluent in Spanish language is preferred!
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills is beneficial.
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications for data entry and communication.
