Compensation
- Base pay plus uncapped commission
- Top performers earn $90,000 to $140,000 annually

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Saturday

What You'll Do
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while creating an outstanding buying experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget
- Conduct vehicle presentations, walkarounds, and test drives
- Develop product knowledge across a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
- Present financing and payment options
- Follow up with internet, phone, text, and showroom leads
- Set and confirm customer appointments
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referral business
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
- Meet individual and team sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or relationship-building experience preferred
- Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and internet-based tools
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and succeed
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work Saturdays and occasional evening hours
