You'll be greeting patients, assisting with therapies, moving throughout the office, helping keep everything organized, and creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors until they leave feeling better.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and check patients in and out
- Schedule appointments and answer phones
- Assist patients with therapies and treatment flow
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with patients before and after appointments
- Help keep the office running efficiently
- Work closely with our doctors and team
- Jump in wherever needed to provide an outstanding patient experience

Healthcare or chiropractic experience is a plus—but it is not required. We can teach the skills. We can't teach enthusiasm, kindness, and a great attitude.

Approximately 25–30 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the practice continues to grow.
