We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Compliance Manager to lead our safety initiatives across all operations. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs that promote a safe working environment for all employees. Your leadership will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations while fostering a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all facilities and operational sites.
- Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage workers' compensation law compliance by overseeing claims processes and ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate report writing for incidents, inspections, audits, and safety metrics; prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Promote a culture of safety through ongoing communication, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership by example.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or transportation safety management roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in workers' compensation law, report writing, root cause analysis, and incident investigation techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop teams effectively in safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey safety expectations and foster a proactive safety culture.
