Job Description
Picker and Packer
The Picker and Packer position supports warehouse and production operations by packing, preparing, and handling products according to established procedures. This role is essential to ensuring that products are properly packaged, organized, and ready for distribution while meeting quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare products for shipment or distribution
- Label and organize packaged items accurately
- Handle materials in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Comply with workplace safety rules and procedures
- Support general warehouse or production operations as needed
Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus
