Role Description: The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a contract, on-site role based in Madison, WI. This position is responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and supporting marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and revenue. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective and existing customers, presenting products and services, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems. The specialist will collaborate with team members to develop and deliver training, assist with sales management activities, and provide input on promotional campaigns and customer outreach strategies. The role requires consistent on-site presence to support in-person customer interactions, team meetings, and local market activities.
