We are seeking a skilled and experienced person to join our team. You will be responsible for supervising and overseeing lawn fertilization, garden maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage fertilizer customers
- Plan and execute fertilizer and weed control tasks
- Ensure the proper use of equipment and tools
- Monitor the health of lawns and take appropriate action to address any issues
- Provide guidance and training to team members
- Collaborate with clients to understand their lawn needs and preferences
- Proficient in trimming hedges and shrubs
- Attention to detail to clean-up landscape beds and remove weeds
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn fertilization , weed control, and chemical applications
- Nebraska Applicators License
- Ability to supervise a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
