Job Responsibilities
- Own execution of the monthly and annual marketing plan provided by the Head of Marketing.
- Create and administer compelling email marketing campaigns.
- Design and create sales & marketing materials.
- Produce thoughtful, engaging, and well-researched copy for our website and social media, with a focus on accounting and finance industry insights.
- Identify and nurture online and offline growth opportunities, through partnerships, podcast and webinar collaborations, and events.
- Specifically, this role will involve:
- Identifying and engaging with key thought leaders and industry influencers in the accounting and finance space.
- Conducting online research to locate these individuals and their content.
- Creating value-added content, comments, and other forms of engagement to build relationships with these influencers.
- Demonstrating credible knowledge of accounting and finance industry trends and insights in all communications.
Skills and Abilities
- Solid writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging copy across email, web, and social.
- Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo), and competency with content/design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
- Ability to translate accounting and finance concepts into credible, engaging, insight-driven marketing content.
- Research-oriented, with the ability to identify, analyze, and engage accounting and finance industry thought leaders and influencers
- Relationship-building skills with a proactive, professional approach to external engagement (podcasts, partnerships, events, content).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand credibly within the accounting and finance space.
Education and Experience
- 2-5 years of experience (including internships) in marketing, content creation, or digital marketing roles preferred.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns within an accounting or professional services or similar environment preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, accounting, finance, business, psychology, or a similar related discipline required.

- Office Environment:
