Fleet Sales Representative – Base Salary Uncapped Commission

Driven Fleet Services is looking for a sales rep who can open doors, build relationships, and close new commercial fleet accounts.
This is a new-business sales position. You will not be sitting around waiting for leads to come in, and this is not a customer service or service writer role.
Your primary job is to identify companies operating trucks and trailers, get in front of the right decision-makers, understand their maintenance and repair needs, and turn those conversations into long-term customers.
You’ll have a base salary plus uncapped commission, so the more business you bring in, the more you can earn.
About Driven Fleet Services
Driven Fleet Services is a mobile truck and trailer repair and maintenance company based in Rockaway, NJ.
We help commercial fleets reduce downtime by performing maintenance and repairs at their location whenever possible. For larger repairs and projects, we also operate a fully equipped shop in Rockaway.
We compete by doing quality work, responding quickly, communicating clearly, and charging fair, transparent prices.
Our goal isn’t to win one repair. We want to become the company fleet operators rely on to keep their equipment running.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Your focus will be bringing new fleet customers into the business and growing those relationships.
You will:
- Prospect for new commercial fleet accounts throughout the market
- Identify and connect with fleet managers, owners, operations managers, and other decision-makers
- Make outbound calls, send emails, visit prospects, and build a consistent sales pipeline
- Learn how prospects currently handle truck and trailer maintenance and where their current provider is falling short
- Present Driven Fleet Services as a solution to downtime, communication problems, maintenance headaches, and inconsistent service
- Conduct meetings at customer locations when needed
- Prepare quotes and service proposals
- Negotiate pricing within company guidelines
- Follow up consistently until you get a clear yes or no
- Close new fleet maintenance and repair accounts
- Work with our operations team to make sure newly signed customers are properly handed off and onboarded
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, opportunities, and sales activity in our CRM
- Continue developing customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow account revenue

You’ll have support from our team once an account comes on board, but you are responsible for creating the opportunity and closing the business.
What We’re Looking ForMust Have
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience prospecting and generating your own opportunities
- Ability to build relationships with business owners and operational decision-makers
- Strong phone, email, and face-to-face communication skills
- Confidence presenting proposals and discussing pricing
- Strong follow-up habits
- Ability to manage a pipeline and stay organized without constant supervision
- Comfortable using CRM software, email, spreadsheets, and other basic business tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit customer locations
- Ability to work on-site in Rockaway, NJ as required
- High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability
Strongly Preferred
- Experience selling to commercial fleets
- Truck, trailer, diesel, automotive, transportation, logistics, or heavy-equipment industry experience
- Existing relationships within the local commercial transportation market
- Experience selling recurring service agreements or maintenance programs
- Basic understanding of truck and trailer maintenance and repair
You do not need to be a technician, but you should be willing to learn enough about our services to speak intelligently with fleet customers.

This is a sales position, so expectations will be clear.
Success will be based on things like:
- New qualified opportunities created
- Sales meetings and conversations with decision-makers
- Proposals delivered
- New accounts closed
- Revenue generated from new customers
- Growth of accounts you bring into the company
- Consistent CRM and pipeline management
We’re not interested in activity just for the sake of activity. The goal is to build a strong pipeline and turn it into profitable, long-term fleet business.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
