Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, hands-on Assembly & Operations Technician to support the build of our simulators. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, build-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
● Assist in the assembly of simulator systems and components
● Support building of various mechanical and structural assemblies and sub-assemblies
● Lay and trim rubber matting to fit precise specifications
● Press bearings using an arbor press
● Perform cable management (cable wrapping, routing, zip tying)
● Unbox, organize, and store incoming parts and equipment shipments
● Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and workflow efficiency
● Follow detailed part diagrams and assembly instructions
● Ensure high quality standards are maintained
● Identify and communicate issues and opportunities for improvement

● Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and precision
● Organized, punctual, and dependable
● A self-starter who can take direction and execute tasks independently
● Comfortable asking questions and communicating when issues arise
● Friendly, team-oriented, and easy to work with
● Able to read and interpret complex parts diagrams and assembly instructions
● Understands proper torque application by hand, including differences between socket head and flat head Allen bolts
● Proficient with common hand tools
