We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Attendant to help us maintain our very high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
Position Summary: The Part-Time Property Attendant is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, cleanliness, and overall presentation of our studio and property. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all areas within the studio
- Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor spaces associated with the studio and property
- Inventory, stock, and organize hygiene and cleaning products
- Water and care for indoor and outdoor plants
- Monitor supplies and communicate replenishment needs in a timely manner
- Assist with occasional special projects or facility-related needs as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or a related role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working late evenings, weekends, and daytime hours
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to perform the duties required
Compensation: Starting at $22/hr based on experience
