Job Description:

1-800 Radiator & A/C (a Driven Brands company) is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Analytics Team.

This is a key position within a rapidly growing enterprise. The position is based at our corporate headquarters in Benicia, CA.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with users, developing solutions to optimize revenue and profitability

· Design, create and analyze reports for various elements of the business

· Provide updates on performance & updates to initiatives within the team

· Periodically forecast company-wide sales, perform P&L variance analysis

Ideal Candidate:

· Great communicator

· Analytical background, acute attention to detail

· Receptive and interested in learning and progressing within a fast-growing business network

· Motivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teams to accomplish goals

· Ability to work independently and proactively as well as collaborating in a team

Qualifications:

· BA/BS in a Business or Quantitative field

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (SQL knowledge preferred)

· Experience in leveraging data for business impact

· Experience with Python a BIG plus

· Experience with relevant BI software (Tableau, Qlik, etc.) a BIG plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
