Front Desk Sales Representative

Position: Front Desk Sales Associate.

Suitable Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office (Preferred)
• One (1) year of Customer service (Required)
• Two (2) years of administrative or sales experience (Required)
• Previous Auto-related experience (Preferred)
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Bilingual is a plus.

Job Description:

• Answering phones, receiving visitors, and directing feedback from customers internally
• Direct customers to the appropriate point of contact within the dealership
• Schedule appointments and assist in Sales, Marketing, and online advertising
• Develop monthly sales reports, maintain and update sales and customer records
• Perform general Administrative tasks - copying, printing, scanning, filing, follow-up phone calls, and email correspondence
• Provide administrative backup to other dealership departments as needed
• Ensure office area is kept clean and presentable at all times
• Liaise with the part suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain records of incoming and outgoing auto parts.
• Adhere to the dealership's policies, procedures, and safety standards
• All other administrative and sales duties as assigned

Typical Schedule:

• Monday- Friday 10am -5.30pm
• Saturday: 11am - 4pm

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
