Skills needed to succeed in this role: previous experience in sales, excellent customer service, Internet savvy, phone etiquette, cold/warm calling, following up from the start to close of the deal, communication, negotiation, CRM system user.
Main responsibilities include: build a rapport with potential customers (phone/walk-ins), taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features, closing deals, recording sales and inventory on our CRM software, collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.
We work with many sub-prime and prime lenders so our finance will re-assure the sale is finalized!
We have a comfortable showroom, a cozy kitchen for our staff and friendly drug-free working environment.
