We need experienced Class A drivers to join our instructor team at our Noblesville and Indianapolis campuses. No prior teaching experience required. Just 3 years behind the wheel and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
What you'll earn:
Driveco CDL Instructors earn $47,000–$52,000 based on the hours you choose to work — and you get paid for every hour you work. No unpaid detention. No sitting at a dock waiting. Clock in, clock out, get paid.
What the job looks like:
- Classroom instruction, paved training range coaching, and behind-the-wheel teaching
- Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available — build a schedule that works for your life
- Student evaluations, test grading, and attendance tracking
- Sharing real-world road experience with students who want to learn from someone who's actually lived it
- Split your time between our Indianapolis and Noblesville campuses — both fully equipped with dedicated training ranges
What you need:
- Current Class A CDL with Passenger Endorsement
- 3 years of OTR driving experience
- Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical
- Dependable, team-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping people
