What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Ops System Admin position at DriveCentric, Inc.?
About the Role
We are seeking a driven, independent, and growth-minded Commercial Ops Systems Admin to own, scale, and optimize our commercial technology ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations & Enablement, you will serve as the primary administrator for our core tech stack, ensuring seamless tooling performance, analytics visibility, and team adoption.
You will act as the foundational administrator for Salesforce while fully owning the lifecycle of our peripheral platforms. Crucially, you will not be building complex integrations from scratch; instead, you will partner closely with internal Engineering teams and external RevOps consultants to design and deploy system connections.

- Enablement Alignment: Collaborate with the Enablement function to translate system updates, enhancements, and workflow modifications into training materials and clear documentation for the commercial teams.
