Job Summary
Drive Smart Auto is seeking a qualified BDC representative to help grow our BDC. This department handles all incoming internet leads into the dealership. You will create/schedule/confirm appointments; make outbound calls to generate business for the dealership. You will primarily make inbound and outbound calls to current, previous, and prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
- Make several outbound calls per day.
- Log all Customer-comments.
- Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
- Contact Customers to schedule appointments for sales.
- Respond to Customer website-requests.
- Contact Internet Customers via email and phone to schedule a Sales appointment.
- Follow up on Internet Customer emails according to a pre-determined timeline.
- Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or retail sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency and using email and customer management software.
- Outstanding communication skills.
