Operations Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager/GM to oversee our our used car dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and sub prime finance, as well as excellent leadership and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of a Used Car Dealership, including sales, finance, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Hire, train, and supervise sales and finance staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Stay current on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in automotive sales and finance, preferably in a Buy Here Pay Here setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software -
Knowledge of automotive financing and lending practices
