What You'll Do As An Automotive Technician
- Diagnose, service, and repair all vehicle issues across our Sally fleet efficiently and accurately
- Perform quality inspections and identify necessary maintenance needs
- Intake driver concerns, conduct vehicle evaluations, and communicate updates to the team in a timely manner
- Maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in a diverse environment
- Support and upskill the team by mentoring new automotive technicians and sharing best practices in troubleshooting and repairs
- 3 years of hands-on automotive technician experience in diagnostics, service, and repairs
- OEM and ASE certifications preferred
- Valid driver's license clean of infractions
- Proficiency with modern Dealer Services and diagnostic tools
- Basic computer proficiency to log service records and diagnostic reports
- Familiarity with Toyota, Ford, and Kia vehicle platforms
- Highly motivated, professional, and dependable technicians who take pride in their work
